At the start of the Summer my world started to fall apart and it felt like it was spiralling out of control and I was struggling to process what was happening. I sought help from Jo who from day one listened understood what I was going through and helping me process my thoughts and develop ways to combat the negative thoughts. After working with Jo I feel happier, I’m more confident in myself and abilities and feel ready to start the rest of my life.

Before seeing Jo I felt like I'd lost direction and motivation in both my professional and personal life. Jo is very welcoming and I felt instantly safe talking with her. we have had two sessions at this point and I feel I have made significant personal growth with some minor life changes and positive habits. It feels great to know I am implementing tactics that will help me manage and succeed in life and dedicating some time and effort just now will pay off in the long run. Jo takes a very practical and gentle approach whilst also allowing me to face some difficult conversations that I would normally avoid or pretend it isn't an issue.
